Healthy & Crunchy Sprouts Salad Recipe 🌱
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, chana, moth beans)
- ½ cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, deseeded & diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ½ carrot, grated
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp black salt (or regular salt)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Sev or roasted peanuts for crunch (optional)
Method:
- Rinse sprouts well and steam/blanch for 2 mins (optional for easier digestion).
- In a bowl, mix sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, and green chili.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice. Toss gently.
