Healthy & Crunchy Sprouts Salad Recipe 🌱

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, chana, moth beans)
  • ½ cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, deseeded & diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp black salt (or regular salt)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Sev or roasted peanuts for crunch (optional)

Method:

  1. Rinse sprouts well and steam/blanch for 2 mins (optional for easier digestion).
  2. In a bowl, mix sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, and green chili.
  3. Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice. Toss gently.
  4. Garnish with coriander and sev/peanuts. Serve fresh!
